WHAT TO DO ABOUT BEING SORE AFTER YOUR WORKOUT

Everyone is sore after classes. Usually you feel it the worst 2 days after your class with us. So here are a few tips to help get rid of that sore feeling faster. #1 Drink water. Drinking water is not the magical cure for feeling sore but it will help flush out all the waste in your muscles that are making you feel sore. #2 Stretch. Stretching will help loosen up the muscle and stop it from feeling so tense and in turn causing you so much pain. You will have to stretch several times throughout the day.  #3 Do some cardio. Getting your heart rate up and you blood pumping will also help to flush out the waste in your muscles that is causing you pain. Do  little jogging in place, jog up the stairs instead of taking the elevator haha. #4 Stretch after that little bit of cardio :) These little things will help you get rid of that stiff feeling and get you back into kicking shape just in time for your next class.
