Remember our kickboxing program is a fitness program. There is no contact. Its all about helping you be the best you you can be. Our class is high energy and non stop action the entire time. With that being said , you can take the class at your pace. Just the other day I was talking to a student who sad she tried a class before ours and she said there was a lot of advanced and new people. However the class catered toward the advanced. We try to eliminate that by giving quick options to let you take it to the next level if your ready. My point with all of this is if you want to lose weight you will love our class. You will get a full body workout that will help you burn fat and you will have fun with great music while doing it.
I love the fact that everyone knows what this means and I love that I hear people say this when summer starts getting close.
I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR. MY BEACH BODY IS DIFFERENT THEN YOUR BEACH BODY. YOUR BEACH BODY IS DIFFERENT THEN SOMEONE ELSE S BEACH BODY.
What I mean is you do not have to have a flat stomach and six pack abs. The popular vision of what we " should " look like is unrealistic. So don't set outrageous goals for yourself that would require you to spend 4-5 hours at the gym each day. I know I don't have that much free time. But I do have the time to workout enough to be healthy and maintain strong muscle tone. Thats my beach body.
So the reason I said I love hearing people say " I gotta get ready for the beach" is because it motivates them to work a little harder to reach a goal. So with all that in mind, lets get to work on getting your beach body ready.
