You would think breathing is something we all know how to do. Well when it comes to working out we sometimes forget haha. No one forgets to breath in. But you can not breath in unless you breath out. So during a class if you do a punching combination on the bag and you do not breath out you then have to try and quickly breath out and then in before you do the combination again. This usually results in people "holding their breath." Anyone that lifts weights will tell you that is a bad idea. So when you are doing our combinations on the bag we work on breathing out each time we hit the bag. This was at the end of the combination we have already taken out breath out, so we can can now breath in. Out with the bad and in with the good :) Keep this breathing in minf next time your in class.
