I heard a reporter once ask Muhammad Ali how many sit ups he does a day. He said I do not know because I don't count them. I only start counting when its starts to hurt. Thats how you become a champion. I love this attitude and I know if you would think like this during your workout it would help take you to the next level. Keep this in mind. Sure you might feel tired after a punching drill, but did you really feel that burn? That is when it really starts to count. Try to feel that burn with every kick drill we do and you will see a great increase in your kicking strength.
