Here is a chart that equates how many calories you need to burn to lose 1 pound of fat. Now lets remember that muscle weighs more then fat. This is why I encourage people to take a picture of themselves before they start taking our classes. You are going to get a great cardio workout to burn calories and also build tone muscle. Another benefit to having more tone muscle is that it burns more calories at rest then fat does. So the more tine muscle you have the more calories you will burn when your not working out. Now its not that much because you are resting, but it is still something :)
